  • Identify risk trends and translate findings into policy, product, launch, experiment, and roadmap recommendations.

  • Advanced SQL and Python skills for profiling, segmentation, and aggregation on large datasets; BigQuery or Databricks preferred.
  • Ability to identify fraud patterns and risk in large datasets and use statistical analysis to support policy recommendations.
  • Experience with fraud KPIs including precision, recall, chargeback, customer insult rate, ATO, and fake-account rates, plus data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Excel, or GSheets.
  • Decisive judgment, ownership of outcomes, a fraud and risk mindset, and familiarity with the product surface being protected.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, including driving decisions across organizational boundaries.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, collaborative, and empathetic approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Competitive compensation with a pay-for-performance approach.
  • Potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits under applicable plans and programs.
  • Pay is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, with regular fair-pay comparisons across ethnicity and gender categories.
