Visual/Motion Designer (3D)

What you will do

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion design for marketing campaigns, performance ads, product reveals, social content, and digital experiences.
• Develop visual treatments for title sequences, motion systems, cinematic product animations, and key brand moments.
• Create product visualizations that explain complex products and campaign work that communicates abstract ideas through visual storytelling.
• Design custom 3D assets, illustrations, icons, and characters to strengthen product storytelling and the hirify.global brand.
• Own projects from brief to delivery, contributing creative ideas and visual solutions while collaborating with product, growth, content, and engineering teams.
• Use audience insights and creative testing to refine visual content and maintain high craft quality across brand touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, 3D, or visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across campaigns, products, or digital experiences.
• Strong motion and 3D skills with excellent visual taste and a keen eye for composition, lighting, materials, typography, and storytelling.
• Proactive, self-directed ownership and the ability to think independently and contribute creative ideas rather than only execute briefs.
• Creative problem-solving skills for translating complex products and abstract concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Interest in technology, hardware, and building memorable product experiences through motion and 3D.

Nice to have

• Product visualization or digital product experience, particularly creating assets optimized for real-time applications.
