Senior DevOps Engineer (Crypto)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; other location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid in-office collaboration is expected for 10+ days per month.

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain multi-region, multi-provider service platforms.
• Build automation, monitoring, and instrumentation tools that reduce operational friction and improve engineering efficiency.
• Build and automate platform and application lifecycle services using declared-state, data-driven approaches.
• Design and improve developer and production infrastructure, CI/CD infrastructure, release automation, deployment, monitoring, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure production readiness and support DevOps-first adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure, deployments, and large-scale multi-region distributed systems, preferably on AWS.
• Strong Kubernetes experience, including container orchestration platforms and runtimes such as Docker and OCI.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of automation, reliability, scalability, high availability, and operational excellence.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with automated environment provisioning, regression testing, and containerized build and deployment workflows.
• Experience managing artifact repositories and storage systems for build dependencies and pipeline artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking fundamentals, and scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
• Experience operating, administering, and troubleshooting production infrastructure with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Experience in Agile environments, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication.
