Mid-Level Acceptance & Automation Tester (QA Automation)

Location: Lisbon, hybrid, with up to three remote days per week; candidates must already have the legal right to work in Europe.

Salary: EUR 2,940–3,570 for B2B or EUR 1,700–1,950 net for a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Execute test cases and manage the acceptance testing process.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Define test strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Monitor and report testing progress throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Document test results, communicate findings, and support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Experience managing acceptance testing processes.
• Practical knowledge of test case execution and automation test scripting.
• Ability to define and implement test strategies.
• Strong test progress reporting skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance.
• Fluent English is required.
• Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered.

Nice to have

• French language skills at A2 level.
