AI & Hyperautomation Engineer III

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for automation, conversational AI, agentic AI, and hyperautomation solutions using cloud platforms, LLMs, and advanced AI technologies.
• Design, build, scale, test, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise AI Voice and Chat Agents with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Implement automated processes and AI-driven workflows using Google CX Studio, Google ADK, UiPath, Power Automate, Azure, Python, and related technologies.
• Design conversational flows, context management, routing, escalation paths, prompts, instructions, guardrails, and agent behaviors.
• Build and optimize RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories, vector databases, embeddings, and search technologies.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, datasets, regression suites, synthetic scenarios, quality benchmarks, and CI/CD-based validation for AI agents.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software development, automation, conversational AI, AI engineering, or hyperautomation roles.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and RAG concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Extensive proficiency with Google CX Studio, Google ADK, UiPath, Power Automate Cloud/Desktop, and modern automation platforms.
• Experience with Dialogflow.
• Strong knowledge of GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise search.
• Experience creating automated evaluation frameworks, regression testing suites, and AI quality scorecards.
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, prompt injection prevention, hallucination detection, responsible AI, and Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, AI Services, and Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, architecture, and problem-solving skills.
