What you will do

• Lead and manage pharmaceutical development projects for drug entities within Development Bioanalytics across customers and pre-clinical development phases.
• Deliver assigned work packages on time, including analytical testing results, documents, reports, establishment and pre-validation activities, non-GMP batch release, and stability studies.
• Lead investigations in compliance with ISO standards and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks and issues.
• Represent Development Bioanalytics in internal project and customer meetings as a subject-matter expert for complex topics.
• Support relevant stakeholders in maintaining project planning tools.

Requirements

• PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Science, or a related Life Sciences field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2–3 years of industrial experience in Life Sciences or a related field as a research or technical expert.
• Experience preferably using potency assays for modalities including monoclonal antibodies, bi-/trispecific antibodies, enzymes, peptides, recombinant proteins, and ADCs.
• Strong expertise in setting up, optimizing, transferring, and troubleshooting cell-based assays.
• Broad knowledge of mammalian cell culture and ligand-binding assays, including ELISA, enzyme assays, and SPR.
• Good knowledge of guidelines for analytical methods, including ICH Q14 and ICH Q2.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to manage complexity.
• Fluent English is required.
