Principal Software Development Engineer in Test (Hardware and Platform Validation)

Location: Poland (Remote); office location listed in Krakow, Poland.

What you will do

• Design automated hardware benchmarking and complete server-stack validation frameworks integrated with CI/CD workflows.
• Create, build, and optimize enterprise Jenkins pipelines for continuous server validation and automated regression testing.
• Establish hardware qualification standards, stress profiles, and acceptance criteria for new server equipment.
• Design scalable test frameworks covering system reliability, hardware compatibility, and platform integration.
• Guide and mentor engineers while shaping the technical roadmap for hardware profiling and platform qualification.
• Collaborate with DevOps, kernel, SRE, and datacenter teams to evaluate server architectures and resolve hardware deployment challenges.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of computer architecture, server hardware components, Linux operating system stacks, and cloud infrastructure validation.
• Solid understanding of Linux and operating-system fundamentals, including networking protocols.
• Experience analyzing platform telemetry and hardware diagnostics to identify equipment flaws and provide technical recommendations.
• Advanced DevOps and CI/CD integration knowledge, including Jenkins pipeline development.
• Proficiency with Python, Go, and Linux/Bash scripting.
