is currently partnering with a leading blockchain security business that's doing some genuinely interesting work at the intersection of digital assets, regulation and cybersecurity.

What's appealing is that this isn't a policy-writing or purely advisory position. You'll work closely with clients, cybersecurity specialists, AML teams, product teams and engineers to help build the governance, compliance and control frameworks required to operate in regulated digital asset markets.

A lot of the work also involves supporting traditional financial institutions entering the crypto space, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex regulatory challenges in a highly evolving environment.

🌍 Focus is on EU and UAE regimes, so MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA or DFSA experience is a big plus, as is any background in regulatory gap analysis (ISO 27001) or frameworks like DORA.
💰 €75,000–€100,000, fully remote, with flexibility to be based anywhere in Europe or Dubai.
🤝 You'll need 2-4 years experience in digital-asset regulatory compliance or financial-services licensing, and reliable overlap with Central European working hours.
