TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Intern (Technology Recruitment): Supporting end-to-end technical recruitment across Vietnam and APAC with an accent on talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and ATS operations. Focus on using AI sourcing tools, Boolean search, technical profile assessment, and maintaining responsive candidate pipelines.

Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Da Nang, or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; full-time, Monday–Friday.

Monthly internship allowance: 3,000,000 VND.

What you will do

  • Support talent mapping and source technology professionals across Vietnam and APAC using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, tech communities, job portals, referrals, and AI sourcing tools.
  • Review applications and match CVs against project requirements and mandatory criteria.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings covering technical background, availability, English proficiency, and salary expectations.
  • Coordinate technical assessments, online tests, interviews, and candidate submissions for Hiring Managers and clients.
  • Maintain ATS records, pipeline stages, candidate databases, follow-ups, and recruitment activity reports.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate able to commit to a full-time onsite internship Monday–Friday at the office.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including basic candidate assessments and professional email correspondence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, curious about technology, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Interest in software engineering stacks, cloud architectures, and modern digital roles.
  • Fast learner with familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

  • Experience with AI productivity tools.
