Staff Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote role associated with New York, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Charlotte, North Carolina; Miami, Florida; and Portland, Oregon, United States.

Base pay range: $157,500–$190,833 annually.

What you will do

• Deliver advanced analysis and reporting for Business and Marketing teams covering performance, risk, and opportunity.
• Design scalable data models, dashboards, and pipelines for accurate self-service analytics.
• Lead implementation of AI and ML tools, prompts, and predictive workflows to improve data operations and insight delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership and AI Engineering to improve customer experience and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain documentation, strengthen data architecture and business workflows, and mentor team members in analytics engineering and AI adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a related field.
• Experience delivering advanced analytics for strategic business decisions and leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills for scalable, reliable data products.
• Proficiency with APIs and Python for extracting, transforming, and analyzing data across systems.
• Skill in developing prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar systems.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders, align data initiatives with business goals, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Superset, Hex, AI models, embeddings, and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and other advanced Marketing measurement models.
• Experience with Slack, Apple macOS, and GSuite.
