Senior Lead Software Engineer Mobile

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; hybrid work at the corporate office. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Bonus Plan.

What you will do

• Develop reliable, maintainable, scalable, and testable mobile applications and services.
• Build and support reusable libraries, UI components, and mobile features using modern iOS or Android technologies.
• Design and implement platform APIs and shared architecture solutions for the mobile engineering organization.
• Lead technical discussions on architecture, software design, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams; facilitate Agile ceremonies and knowledge sharing.
• Resolve technical obstacles, mentor engineers, and improve code patterns and operational practices using AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• At least seven years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• At least five years of experience delivering production mobile applications.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose or SwiftUI.
• Experience with architectural design patterns such as UDF and MVVM.
• Experience with concurrency frameworks including Swift Concurrency, Combine, RxSwift, Coroutines, or Flows.
• Experience building software using agentic patterns.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology-related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology-related experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, deployment methodologies, and Redux architecture patterns.
• Experience collaborating with developers using other programming languages and reviewing code across platforms.
• Experience building applications in travel, hospitality, or leisure.
