What you will do

• Serve as the primary security contact for business units, consolidating, triaging, and prioritizing security requests, projects, and operational issues.
• Assess systems, categorize risk, and recommend security controls aligned with operational context and regulatory requirements.
• Translate technical risks into business impact, develop corrective action plans and compensating controls, and manage risk acceptances.
• Establish governance touchpoints, provide risk visibility, drive remediation accountability, and escalate business-specific risks to enterprise cybersecurity leadership.
• Support vulnerability remediation SLAs and adoption of secure configuration baselines with IT Operations and Engineering.
• Provide security expertise for supply chain solutions, design services, digital platforms, sales cycles, customer trust discussions, certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in system assessment, security control selection, and vulnerability management.
• Experience supporting compliance programs and audit processes.
• Ability to balance enterprise standards with local business needs.
• Ability to communicate fluently with senior business leaders, including business unit presidents, and translate technical concepts into clear business-relevant insights.
• Ability to influence without relying on authority and frame risk in financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational terms.
• May require competency across Security Intelligence, Identity Management, Compliance, Secured Infrastructure, Secured Development, and Security Education.
