Director, Outcomes Research (Prostate and Kidney Cancers)

Location: Hybrid role based in North Wales, Pennsylvania, or Rahway, New Jersey, United States. Relocation: Domestic. No travel required.

Salary: $190,800–$300,300 annual base salary, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive.

What you will do

• Develop and execute Value and Implementation plans and outcomes research for in-line and pipeline products in prostate and kidney cancers.
• Design observational studies, surveys, clinical and patient-reported outcomes assessments, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and economic models.
• Author protocols, questionnaires, case report forms, data analysis plans, study reports, presentations, and publications.
• Develop AMCP dossiers for U.S. payers, Global Value Dossiers, and supplementary clinical data packages for HTA submissions.
• Support reimbursement and market access strategies, local evidence generation, health economic adaptations, and affiliate needs.
• Manage study contracts, budgets, vendors, and partners while collaborating with clinical development, medical affairs, biostatistics, market access, commercial, affiliates, HTA agencies, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree such as PhD, MD, DrPH, ScD, or PharmD with a fellowship in health services research, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, health economics, pharmacoeconomics, or pharmacy administration.
• Four or more years of post-doctoral experience, or 7+ years of post-master’s experience, in the life sciences industry conducting NIR and generating value evidence.
• Oncology experience.
• Experience with data analysis, data management, evidence gathering, qualitative analysis, research reporting, observational studies, outcomes research, health economics, and pharmacoeconomics.
• Experience with study design, strategic planning, value propositions, value assessment, market assessments, market opportunity analysis, product management strategy, stakeholder negotiations, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Knowledge of evolving payer and reimbursement environments, including U.S. value assessment and HTA requirements.
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions, build partnerships, manage difficult stakeholder interactions, innovate, and communicate effectively.
