Senior Manager, Product Quality Assurance (AI)

Location: Vantaa, Finland; other locations include Jyväskylä and Tampere.

What you will do

• Lead the Product Quality Assurance function and develop product quality requirements across business areas and the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Management to harmonize critical-to-quality and critical-to-safety characteristics across product families and technologies.
• Use quality cost, nonconformance, failure, and feedback data to strengthen product, engineering, and technology transfer requirements.
• Drive engineering process standardization and embed it into a unified Engineering Quality Framework across global networks.
• Develop digital quality data models and Technology Transfer QA governance, including SOPs and product-specific applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in quality management or related roles, including line manager responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of product quality management, quality assurance frameworks, lifecycle-based quality management, and engineering development processes.
• Experience using quality and failure data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of digital tools and AI applications in quality assurance, data analysis, and requirement traceability.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution, translate quality vision into clear priorities and frameworks, influence stakeholders through data and business impact, and drive continuous improvement.
