2027 Vaccines Manufacturing and Supply Rotational Development Program Associate

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at the manufacturing site. Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Annual base salary: $81,949. North America salary range: $58,500–$84,500.

What you will do

• Develop working knowledge and hands-on experience in biological vaccine manufacturing at the Swiftwater site.
• Participate in a structured two-year rotational program beginning in June 2027.
• Collaborate on project teams using independent judgment to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Learn across rotations with support from mentors and rotation managers and receive structured annual performance reviews.
• Work alongside manufacturing technicians and train or orient personnel in accordance with SOPs, SWIs, federal regulations, cGMP, company procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical, chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field, completed or expected by spring 2027; recent graduates within the past two years may also qualify.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT generally do not qualify unless they have an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
• Ability to relocate to the office location and work onsite 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Teamwork and leadership abilities demonstrated through academic or non-academic experiences.
• Strong motivation to develop a manufacturing leadership career at an industrial vaccine manufacturing site.

• Previous internship, related work, or co-op experience.
