Middle Business Analyst

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work

Provides end-to-end QA solutions, including automated testing, QA management, acceptance testing, pre-project services, distributed team coordination, and IT security auditing.

What you will do

• Gather and clarify business requirements and convert them into clear engineering tasks.
• Validate data, perform QA/QC, investigate anomalies, and identify root causes.
• Build dashboards and reports from customer data.
• Support customer onboarding, demos, meetings, and customer success activities.
• Investigate customer requests, data issues, and unexpected system behavior.
• Use AI tools to improve analysis and documentation efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience as a Data, Business, Product, or Solution Analyst.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, plus Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistics, regression, forecasting, and data quality metrics.
• Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders, creating KPIs and executive summaries.
• Experience owning initiatives end to end, including unclear requirements, with measurable business impact.
• Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Energy, Trading, Risk Management, or Financial Services.
• Customer-facing analytics experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Python, ML, AI/LLM, predictive analytics, or simulation model experience.
• Understanding of R², RMSE, MAE, MAPE, confidence intervals, and correlation.
