Compliance Data, Operations & Solutions Junior Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Extract, process, organize, and analyze data for Compliance operations, monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators for Compliance processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and AI-based technologies.
• Improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility across Compliance processes.
• Support the development and optimization of monitoring rules and controls, including initiatives to reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and other internal teams on scalable Compliance solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation, process automation, and API integration.
• Intermediate SQL skills, including querying, joining, and transforming data.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Basic understanding of data structures and statistics, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-driven business improvement.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for working across different teams.
• Intermediate English or above required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pandas, Selenium, or BeautifulSoup.
• Familiarity with DBT, Git, Bash, or data transformation workflows.
• Experience with Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, AI tools, or AI-assisted development.
• Previous experience or exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Services, or operational processes.
• Spanish language skills.
