IT Asset Management Specialist (Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage IT asset inventories, lifecycle activities, data quality, reporting, budgeting, and asset planning.
• Support local IT asset management strategy and continuous improvement in alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Coordinate asset rollouts with Local IT teams, Studio Management, and global stakeholders.
• Ensure hardware and software inventories comply with company standards, policies, and established processes.
• Improve asset utilization through reuse and cost-effective procurement decisions.
• Act as an escalation point and liaison across Local IT, IT Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• College diploma in Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including asset lifecycle management, inventory governance, and asset tracking.
• Experience using asset and inventory data for operational and business decision-making.
• Experience working in IT Service Management environments and collaborating or negotiating with multiple stakeholders and business partners.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware, gaming equipment, IT hardware, software, and gaming-related assets.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, coordination, teamwork, and collaboration skills; ability to work autonomously and engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Service-oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification, version 3 or later.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IAITAM, Software Asset Management, or Hardware Asset Management certification.
• Experience supporting operational IT organizations, project management, business process improvement, or data analytics.
• Experience with ITSM, Asset Management, inventory, or CMDB platforms.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
