TL;DR
System Administrator (Microsoft 365): Administering Linux and Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, virtualization, networking, VPNs, certificates, and infrastructure monitoring with an accent on secure and reliable IT operations. Focus on maintaining hybrid infrastructure, responding to incidents, managing access controls, and building comprehensive technical documentation.
Location: Kharkiv or Lviv, hybrid; remote work or work from one of the offices is available.

What you will do
- Administer Debian and Ubuntu Linux servers and Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security configurations.
- Manage employee laptops and mobile devices through MDM solutions, including enrollment, security policies, and software deployment.
- Maintain Proxmox virtualization, including virtual machines, backups, and updates.
- Maintain networking infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN tunnels for remote access and site-to-site connections.
- Manage DNS records, SSL/TLS certificates, infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Solid administration skills in Debian/Ubuntu and Windows Server.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune or analogs.
- Experience with Proxmox or other hypervisor and virtualization systems.
- Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, and NAT.
- Experience configuring firewalls, including iptables/nftables or hardware firewalls, and setting up VPN solutions using OpenVPN or IPsec.
- Good understanding of SSL/TLS and certificate lifecycle management, including Let’s Encrypt, deployment, and renewal.
- Experience setting up monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or analogs; attention to access controls and disciplined technical documentation practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Cloudflare, Docker, and GitLab.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
