Senior Director, Information Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: ISD Office - DGTC, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite home office role

Annual salary: $160,000–$320,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and implement cyber risk management strategies aligned with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Oversee security risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response to address emerging threats.
• Create and enforce corporate security policies, regulatory compliance measures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security gaps and recommend risk mitigation measures.
• Lead audits and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen security posture and operational effectiveness.
• Build strategic partnerships and advance security governance and cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related area plus 7 years of information security or related experience at a technology, retail, or data-driven company; or 9 years of such experience without the degree.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Extensive information security management and cyber risk assessment experience in complex organizations.
• Experience with DevSecOps and securing television operating systems.
• Expertise developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, risk management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience leading incident response and security architecture review initiatives.
• Proficiency in cloud security, DevSecOps, application security, and governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Leadership experience in security policy development and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Security+, GISF, CISM, or CISA certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and accessible product and service development.
