Technical Engagement Specialist

hirify.global operates an Engineering – Infrastructure department focused on technical solutions and collaboration between engineering and business functions.

What you will do

• Act as the main contact for technical engagements related to the Systems Engineers team.
• Define project scope, success measures, timelines, priorities, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT to support technically sound, scalable solutions aligned with stakeholder goals.
• Create project plans, schedules, documentation, and supporting materials while monitoring milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and lead escalations related to delays, technical blockers, and stakeholder concerns.
• Support solution adoption, KPI and value-delivery reporting, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant hybrid technical role, including proven experience in technical account management or solution delivery.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business or system design and analysis, and coordinating IT projects or technical initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, software integration, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to understand complex technical environments and translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, including evaluating system performance and identifying improvements.
• Strong organisation, self-motivation, proactivity, efficiency, project management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to cope with stress, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications, such as AWS or Microsoft certifications.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders across complex environments or third-party collaborators.
• Experience supporting solution adoption, optimisation, continuous improvement, or KPI, project-status, and value-delivery reporting.
• Exposure to technical account management, solution delivery, or hybrid technical roles.
• Knowledge of project planning and delivery practices in an IT or systems-engineering environment.
