Senior Software Developer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and support robust, scalable capabilities across the Manufacturing and Supply Chain product suite.
• Own feature delivery from analysis and technical design through implementation, automated testing, documentation, validation, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management, Architecture, Development, Quality Engineering, and Agile Team Leads on requirements, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and incremental delivery.
• Participate in SAFe events including PI Planning, backlog refinement, iteration planning, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt.
• Troubleshoot complex application-stack issues and improve reliability, performance, security, maintainability, observability, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor developers, share technical and product knowledge, and translate customer workflows into practical technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 5+ years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise or industrial software.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET or comparable object-oriented technologies, APIs, and relational databases.
• Ability to design maintainable solutions, diagnose complex defects, and deliver high-quality production code.
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, version control, and continuous integration.
• Ability to translate product requirements and customer workflows into technical designs and incremental deliverables.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Development, Quality Engineering, and Architecture roles.
• Strong English communication, facilitation, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native architecture, REST APIs, microservices, containers, telemetry, or modern front-end frameworks.
• Exposure to SAFe or another scaled Agile framework.
• Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, planning and scheduling, refinery or petrochemical workflows, mathematical modeling, or optimization.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical feature delivery across a team.
