Project Leader - Build and Automation Domain (AI)

Location: Hybrid working model in Bucharest, Romania; onsite work preferred, with most office-based roles onsite three days a week.

Salary: RON 142,500–209,000 annual gross base salary.

What you will do

• Coordinate build and automation activities across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Plan and track CI/CD milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Align DevOps engineers, software teams, and project leads to support timely delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate delivery status.
• Improve project execution, delivery transparency, quality, and process adherence.
• Use AI-assisted tools for reporting, planning, issue analysis, and project communication while validating outputs responsibly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software project coordination, DevOps-related delivery, or engineering project support.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery models.
• Experience with planning and tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, build environments, or project workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Exposure to Linux-based software development environments.
• Familiarity with CI pipelines and automation tools.
