What you will do

• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis across sports venues, events, leagues, and federations, then synthesize findings into clear insights.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial and commercial models, including venue feasibility studies, revenue forecasts, and business cases.
• Draft client reports and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard.
• Contribute to problem-solving, recommendations, project planning, and workstream management.
• Prepare and support stakeholder interviews, workshops, client meetings, and day-to-day client relationships.
• Support business development through proposals, credentials, market scans, and internal firm-building initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent academic record.
• Highly numerate, with strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated passion for sports and physical activity, shown through study, work, playing, coaching, or volunteering.
• Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Highly proficient English is essential.
• Prepared to work on a global basis.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Arabic language skills.
