Sales Support Intern

What you will do

• Maintain and improve Salesforce data quality, including opportunities, forecasts, and account information.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports for sales metrics, forecasting, and planning across the Middle East and Africa.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations covering sales planning, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Analyze pipeline trends, identify data gaps and inconsistencies, and communicate insights to sales teams.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams across different countries to collect inputs, follow up on updates, and maintain reporting timelines.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence in challenging the status quo and exploring new approaches.
• Basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts related to electrification, automation, and digitalization solutions.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and a collaborative approach to working across a diverse, multinational team.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
