Senior Manager Special Projects & Performance (Q-Commerce)

Location: Dubai, UAE; regular travel across the MENA region is required.

What you will do

• Track Q-commerce performance metrics across hirify.global markets, identify trends and improvement areas, and maintain regional KPI dashboards with the data team.
• Prepare data-driven performance reviews and conduct market deep dives to identify turnaround opportunities, growth levers, and profitability improvements.
• Partner with market teams on Q-commerce budgeting, forecasting, Best Estimate cycles, and P&L performance against targets.
• Lead Q-commerce strategic initiatives from scoping through delivery, including business cases, leadership alignment, and execution.
• Travel to markets and work with local teams on turnaround, growth, and operational efficiency projects.
• Identify and scale AI, automation, and new ways of working across Q-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in quick-commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, management consulting, or high-growth technology.
• Deep understanding of Q-commerce economics, including unit economics, basket size, delivery efficiency, and assortment strategy.
• Strong financial acumen covering P&L management, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Comfort operating with senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the MENA region.
• AI fluency and active use of AI tools to improve productivity and analytical output.
