iOS Developer (Digital Health)

Location: Remote within The Netherlands; monthly in-person team days are required.

Salary: €4,600–€5,900 gross per month, based on 32 hours per week.

hirify.global develops digital healthcare applications within the OMRON Digital Health Circle, including hirify.global Thuismeten and OMRON Connect, to support remote patient monitoring.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize iOS applications using Swift, focusing on performance, reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to application architecture, technical design and the modular codebase.
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical solutions.
• Create intuitive interfaces for iOS devices and develop features communicating with Bluetooth Low Energy devices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, review code and support sound implementation decisions.
• Explore mobile technologies such as SwiftUI and assess their value for the applications.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an iOS or mobile developer.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering, combined with experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience writing unit tests and/or UI tests for mobile applications.
• Understanding of object-oriented software design and architectural patterns such as MVVM.
• Experience with web services, cloud technologies and APIs.
• Ability to debug memory management, multithreading and networking issues.
• Openness to working in a Holacratic organization and taking ownership of roles and responsibilities.
• Fluent English is required for internal communication.
• You must already live and work in The Netherlands.
