Project Engineer - Vehicle Performance & Driveability (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role in Tarragona, Spain; international travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Manage Air Drag projects for commercial vehicles, including timelines, task coordination, resource planning, and deliverable quality.
• Coordinate and supervise Air Drag testing, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Define countermeasures to optimize test results and propose technical improvements.
• Communicate with customers, present testing results, and defend engineering solutions.
• Contribute to R&D projects, new service development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in project management for automotive engineering projects.
• Master's degree in Engineering, such as Mechatronics, Electronics, Automotive, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work autonomously in dynamic, multicultural environments.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Valid B driving licence required.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
• Goal-oriented mindset, strong results delivery, and passion for innovation and emerging automotive technologies.

• Spanish and additional languages such as German, French, or Italian.
