Frontend Software Engineer (Vue)

Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain; hybrid model with the possibility of two days per week of teleworking

What you will do

• Design and build modern, intuitive, performant user-facing interfaces for the OmniAccess product portfolio.
• Improve, modernize, and re-architect existing products and services while contributing to new feature definition and development.
• Design, develop, and validate frontend applications and reusable components for new business requirements.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and REST APIs.
• Write software tests, collaborate with QA, and produce technical and user documentation.
• Work with the development team on technology research, innovation, code reuse, and code review.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Vue.js or another modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
• Experience in UX/UI design for web-based systems and/or mobile applications.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Fluency in AI-assisted development, including everyday use of AI coding assistants and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Ability to work across different development environments, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, solve problems independently, learn new technologies, and collaborate through source-code reuse and review.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• English written and spoken.
• Experience with TypeScript and frontend testing tools such as Vitest, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Agile teams, and service-based distributed systems.
