Senior Frontend Developer (Vue/Nuxt)

Location: Valencia, Spain; hybrid work with 1 day in the office.

What you will do

• Contribute to migrating an eCommerce platform and website to a composable MACH architecture using Vue.js and Nuxt 4.
• Develop and maintain scalable SSR frontend applications and end-to-end user journeys for the Product Listing Page product team.
• Deliver new features, improve customer experiences, optimize performance, and enhance code quality.
• Own frontend solutions from technical design through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Use AI-powered coding assistants and agentic development tools for development, refactoring, testing, and problem-solving.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and delivering production-grade frontend applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, and Nuxt.
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and scaling production frontend applications, with demonstrable projects and technical decisions.
• Strong understanding of client-side rendering, server-side rendering, static site generation, hydration, and client-server communication.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, component design, state management, API integration, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and production delivery practices.
• Fluent English.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar in real software engineering workflows.
