Principal/Senior Product Manager, Advanced Trading (Spot/Derivatives/Crypto Trading)

What you will do

• Design and scale spot, margin, futures, perpetuals, and options trading products, including account models, order lifecycles, margin checks, position management, market data, matching-engine interfaces, and settlement modules.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and active retail, institutional, and liquidity-provider customers to identify product innovations across crypto and traditional finance.
• Drive trading experiences across web and app, including modular layouts, advanced order tickets, customizable charting, and tools that improve speed-to-trade and trader retention.
• Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products while improving spreads, market depth, slippage, and fill rates with market makers and institutional partners.
• Define risk controls and monitoring, including price limits, funding rates, index and mark prices, discount rates, leverage and position tiers, and real-time alerts for high-volatility events.
• Own product strategy and delivery from ideation through PRDs, user stories, UAT, launch, optimization, and scaling; coordinate with engineering, quant, risk, compliance, legal, operations, marketing, business development, clients, and liquidity providers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience focused on crypto trading platforms, derivatives, blockchain/digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
• Expertise in derivatives products, including perpetuals, futures, and options, with knowledge of margining, order workflows, and market microstructure.
• Experience leading large-scale trading-platform transformations across web and app, such as unified account models, cross-margin, or multi-product trading experiences.
• Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including funding rates, index and mark price methodology, price limits, tick sizes, leverage and position tiers, and fee strategy.
• Experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and working closely with compliance and legal teams.
• Ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers, and vendors, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical fluency in exchange systems and blockchain technology.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring OKX visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Singapore, EU MiCA, and other major regulatory jurisdictions.
