Technical Product Manager (Wallet & Card)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil. The role is currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup.

hirify.global is a hyper-growth Series C fintech building an AI-powered, conversational financial companion for Latinos in the US, combining remittances, crypto rails, credit, savings, and wallet services.

What you will do

• Define wallet infrastructure decisions covering custody, key management, stablecoin and settlement chains, ledger integration, reconciliation, and infrastructure partners.
• Manage funding and withdrawal rails, integration health, transaction success rates, settlement timing, and automated reconciliation.
• Own technical operations for the debit card program, including authorization, declines, tokenization, digital wallets, disputes, network rules, and acceptance rates.
• Partner with Fraud on card and funding controls, data pipelines, loss ratios, and false-decline reduction.
• Work hands-on with engineers on APIs, webhooks, on-chain flows, real-time authorizations, production debugging, logs, and SQL.
• Lead the pod roadmap and metrics while coordinating with product, engineering, fraud, finance, compliance, leadership, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience focused on payments infrastructure or card issuing, with hands-on ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Expertise in funding and payout rails, processors, banking partners, settlement, automated reconciliation, and rail economics.
• Experience evaluating infrastructure options, making build-versus-partner decisions, and owning technical trade-offs with engineering leadership.
• Experience owning payment KPIs, including authorization and acceptance rates, fraud loss ratios, funding success rates, and unit cost.
• Ability to read API documentation, inspect logs, run SQL queries independently, and design resilience mechanisms such as timeouts, retries, and fallback routes.
• Direct experience managing relationships with issuers, processors, card networks, sponsor banks, or web3/fiat infrastructure partners.
• Exceptional communication skills for aligning engineering, fraud, finance, compliance, and executive leadership on technical roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Equivalent competencies in the listed areas may also be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with stablecoin-funded card programs or stablecoin on-ramps and off-ramps, including Circle, Bridge, Zero Hash, or MoonPay.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing lifecycles, authorization and settlement flows, decline analysis, tokenization, disputes or chargebacks, and Visa/Mastercard network rules.
• Hands-on exposure to digital wallets, blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or non-custodial wallet infrastructure.
• Experience managing a card network program or sponsor bank relationship.
• Spanish fluency.
