Associate Manager - Community Team (Assassin's Creed)

Location: Montreal, QC, Canada. Office-based.

What you will do

• Support the Portfolio Lead with daily Community team operations and recommend process and performance improvements.
• Lead Community Managers through day-to-day supervision, work reviews, results tracking, and performance management.
• Coach team members by assessing development needs, providing feedback, and creating improvement and training plans.
• Develop community best practices covering content production, quality standards, team KPIs, and training.
• Manage resources, workload, staffing allocations, and action plans based on employee feedback surveys.
• Build relationships with Community, Social, Player Support, and Frontline partner teams while fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Intermediate experience in community management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with social media channels, live streams, and YouTube.

Nice to have

• People management experience with a track record of leading diverse, distributed teams.
• Experience in the video games industry.
