Marketing Assistant (AI)

What you will do

• Translate and localise content for marketing and knowledge-hub websites, PDFs and one-pagers using AI tools, WordPress, Figma and Adobe.
• Support localisation across seven domains and 17 languages, publish videos on YouTube, and identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Prepare content performance reports and monthly funnel breakdowns for all regions.
• Create Google Slides presentations and conduct lead research in Cognism for Sales colleagues.
• Support marketing operations, including email banners, merchandise sourcing, expense submissions and parts-ordering projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, communications or a similar role, ideally in B2B.
• Professional-level English, written and spoken.
• Daily professional use of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Workspace and design tools such as Figma or Adobe.
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several requests at once.
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions and follow through.
• Comfort working remotely in an international team spread across Europe.
• Interest in using data for decisions, including funnels and reporting.

Nice to have

• Fluency in one or more additional European languages.
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering or industrial technology.
• Experience in a high-growth environment where processes are built as you go.
