What you will do

• Review and analyze client requirements and problems, contributing to proposals and client-specific solutions.
• Develop detailed documentation, specifications, and complete client deliverables within established frameworks and methodologies.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop solutions.
• Design and structure presentations suited to audience needs and may present completed materials.
• Support consulting engagements in the life sciences field and may lead small teams or work streams.
• Build knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through project delivery and formal or informal learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work willingly and effectively with colleagues across the organization to achieve team goals.
• Knowledge of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of internal and external influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to the functional area.
• Knowledge of current industry developments, major competitors, the marketplace, and relevant professional or trade associations, key people, and companies.
• Effective time-management skills.
