UK Beverage Program Manager (Coffee & Tea)

What you will do

• Oversee the UK beverage program across coffee, tea, dairy, alternative milks, water, quality, operational viability, and sustainability.
• Build and deliver beverage knowledge through monthly training, ongoing coaching, tastings, rituals, menu rollouts, immersions, and field training.
• Define and measure Product Mastery standards and build infrastructure to monitor product health and field accountabilities.
• Step into stores or regions where standards are off-track and partner with Origin on cuppings and blend quality.
• Lead operational improvement projects and classics-menu innovation, including cold brew exploration, automated batch brewing, and matcha premiumization.
• Serve on the Innovation Committee, safeguard product quality, and develop experience-led beverage concepts informed by external inspiration.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in the coffee and/or tea industry across café and headquarters settings, including at least 2–3 years focused on core product sourcing and QC/QA.
• Clear passion for and encyclopaedic knowledge of coffee and/or tea.
• Experience building teams, selecting talent, and coaching people.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities independently, maintain timelines, and stay on track.
• A refined yet adaptable palate, with the ability to distinguish intricate differences between coffee and tea blends and define and maintain qualitative product specifications.
• Willingness to expand expertise across both coffee and matcha.
