Eximee Developer (Java / JavaScript) (Banking)

Location: Mostly remote in Poland, with required team meetings in the Łódź office twice a month.

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize online application forms on the Eximee low-code platform.
• Develop backend logic in Java and frontend functionality in the graphical editor and JavaScript.
• Write unit tests with jUnit and automated end-to-end tests with Selenium.
• Collaborate with analysts and UX specialists to make forms clear and easy for customers to use.
• Work with Maven, Jenkins, and Bitbucket within the CI/CD process.
• Participate in the full SDLC from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building web applications.
• Experience with Eximee or another low-code platform, such as Pega, Appian, OutSystems, or Mendix.
• Strong Java and JavaScript skills, with hands-on HTML and CSS experience.
• Experience with jUnit, Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Selenium.
• Good eye for user interface design, analytical thinking, and ability to optimize solutions.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking up in a team.
• Fluent Polish for client-team communication and documentation, plus good English for daily communication.
• A registered sole proprietorship in Poland (JDG), or willingness to establish one; cooperation is on a B2B basis.
• Availability to attend the Łódź office twice a month.

• XML, XSLT, and SQL.
• UI/UX and Design Thinking.
• Scrum, Jira, and Splunk.
• Knowledge of banking products, including accounts and loans for individuals and businesses.
