Senior Product Designer (B2B SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.

hirify.global is a fast-growing scale-up developing an e-learning product with a distributed product and design organization.

What you will do

• Own design for a product area from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, user flows, interfaces, copy, and shipped quality.
• Partner with the product manager and tech lead on scope, priorities, and product decisions.
• Plan and conduct user interviews and usability tests, and use product analytics to guide decisions.
• Challenge requirements and propose product work beyond the existing roadmap when evidence supports it.
• Build coded prototypes and ship UI changes with Claude Code, involving developers according to established guidelines.
• Use and improve the design system, participate in weekly critique, and provide feedback to other designers.

Requirements

• Senior product design experience, typically six years or more, primarily in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product or product area over time, with measurable results.
• At least one complex product shipped and maintained, such as an editor, builder, admin tool, or dashboard.
• Strong product thinking, including the ability to explain why a product decision was made, its intended impact, and whether it achieved that impact.
• Experience independently conducting discovery, user research, and usability testing.
• Confidence collaborating directly with product managers and engineers and disagreeing when evidence supports another direction.
• Ability to write interface copy independently.
• Full professional English.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool, including coded prototypes or shipped code changes.
• Working understanding of LLMs, core AI concepts, and their limitations.
• Background in e-learning or enterprise software.
• Enough HTML and CSS to read and review generated code.
