Staff Product Designer (Quick Commerce)

Location: Physical presence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; collaboration with Berlin-based domain teams and stakeholders across more than 70 countries.

What you will do

• Lead design strategy in alignment with product strategy and vision, collaborating with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions.
• Drive the full product design cycle from discovery and research through high-fidelity design and implementation support.
• Create production-ready web and mobile experiences using Figma.
• Represent user needs in product discussions and promote design best practices across the organization.
• Design decision platforms for assortment, pricing, store operations, merchandising, and product availability across the DMarts network.

Requirements

• Extensive Product Design experience with a strong web and mobile portfolio.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including work on heavy-data B2B products.
• Experience with Figma's distributed version control tools.
• Experience leading research and design initiatives, presenting proposals through clear narratives and data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Effective collaboration with product managers, developers, peers, and senior stakeholders; leadership and mentorship experience is valued.
