Fintech Settlement Associate (Mandarin Speaking, Shifting Required)

Location: Malaysia; hybrid workplace with shifting required.

What you will do

• Monitor daily trade confirmations and settlement reports against customer deals.
• Track and process system deposit and withdrawal transactions involving fiat and crypto payments.
• Work with Treasury on daily reconciliations using banking details.
• Dispatch confirmations to relevant internal and external parties in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve confirmation, settlement, FX, and money operation issues.
• Prepare regular reports for internal control and external audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in settlement operations is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers.
