Post Live Enhancement Support Agent (G5 CMS)

Location: Manila, Pasig, Philippines; willingness to work night shifts and adapt to on-site, remote, or hybrid arrangements.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance live client websites using the G5 and LL CMS platforms.
• Create and update pages, copy, calendars, newsletters, blogs, event listings, notifications, promotions, and G5 Bot content.
• Upload and manage photos, videos, virtual tours, and other media while maintaining accurate location details.
• Add or remove third-party code integrations based on client requests.
• Audit personal and peer work for branding, accessibility, quality, and accuracy.
• Prioritize enhancement requests, collaborate with internal teams, and report completion for service-level compliance.

Requirements

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems and website architecture.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Understanding of Web 2.0, social media, and digital marketing principles.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide proactive, customer-focused problem-solving.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and meet the stated physical requirements, including sitting or standing for long periods and occasionally lifting or moving 10+ pounds.

• Experience with G5 or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
