Compliance Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Support the Head of Compliance with asset approvals and ensure the Asset Listing process meets regulatory requirements.
• Manage the policies and procedures inventory and the CBI correspondence log with associated regulatory scanning feeds.
• Oversee delivery of PGSL’s Compliance Monitoring Plan and support the annual PGSL Training Plan.
• Assist with maintaining the PGSL AML/CFT Framework and preparing compliance reports for Committee and Board meetings.
• Collaborate on horizon scanning, implementation of new regulatory requirements, and ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage regulatory inquiries and exams, including document and data retrieval, while implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance-related business functions.
• Significant experience delivering Compliance and AML/CFT plans with precision and speed.
• Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management techniques.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international regulations, particularly in crypto.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and key stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
