Technical Test Evaluations and Integration Specialist

Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, United States; 25% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.

Salary: $150,000–$183,000 annualized USD.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of complex systems on platforms.
• Translate operational needs into technical and programmatic requirements, system architectures, interface specifications, and integration plans.
• Analyze capabilities, resolve complex technical issues, and advise stakeholders on technical advancements and project direction.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, supportability, acquisition, fielding, training, and logistics strategies.
• Direct program and system reviews and coordinate long-range plans, policies, program documentation, and integrated master schedules.
• Identify and mitigate technical, production, development, schedule, and performance risks, including through pre- and post-award acquisition support.

Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, system integration, or complex technical program support.
• Experience supporting or leading complex system development, integration, and verification activities.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance within engineering or acquisition programs.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Experience developing technical requirements, system architectures, and integration strategies.
• Knowledge of acquisition processes, program documentation, and risk management best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving program needs.
• Familiarity with DoD, government acquisition environments, or similar structured program frameworks.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required.
• Ability to meet position-specific physical and medical requirements and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
