Senior Integration and Test Engineer

Location: Onsite in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $82,300–$220,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and manage integration and test activities from early test concept development through system certification.
• Develop plans, approaches, and procedures for complex integration and test problems across the program lifecycle.
• Perform functional simulation, subsystem and system integration and testing, verification and validation, performance evaluation, and acceptance testing.
• Establish clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements and promote testable system concepts, architectures, and designs.
• Identify program- and system-level technical risks and develop and execute mitigation strategies.
• Lead assigned tasks, track priorities, scope, cost, and schedule, present technical information, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Ability to take ownership of assignments, guide others, and balance multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary program teams, leadership, and non-technical personnel.
• Experience interfacing with, operating, and troubleshooting environmental test equipment, including rate tables, shakers, impact testers, and thermal, humidity, and pressure chambers.
• Experience automating and optimizing test infrastructure and processes.
• Experience with Python and test scripting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

• Current in-scope Secret security clearance or higher.
