Senior Test Engineer (AI/LLM)

Location: Poland or Western Ukraine; available locations include Poland, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Uzhhorod, Chernivtsi, Rivne, and Lutsk.

What you will do

• Implement and execute tests across planned levels for web and mobile applications, evaluate results, and document deviations.
• Create, validate, and maintain test cases, test plans, test data, and other test documentation.
• Review project requirements, specifications, and test artefacts and convert them into quality control process artefacts.
• Analyse and improve project test processes, coverage, metrics, test efforts, defect handling, and test environments.
• Use test administration, monitoring, and management tools; automate testing where applicable with support from a test automation expert.
• Measure component and system performance where applicable and teach and mentor other test engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools in testing and QA workflows.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
