AI-Native Junior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build next-generation systems for secure and sustainable buildings using AI, digital identity, and video.
• Develop production-grade full-stack software, including web applications, cloud services, and infrastructure controlling physical systems.
• Work in small autonomous teams and own problems from definition through delivery.
• Use AI agents to build solutions and verify that they solve the defined problem.
• Explore AI-first tools and techniques and help shape how they are used across the team.

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in software engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
• Up to three years of software development experience.
• Hands-on full-stack experience with web applications, APIs, and cloud services, gained through study, work, or personal projects.
• Existing experience building software with AI, including examples of what has and has not worked.
• Evidence of building and completing personal software projects.
