TL;DR
Fullstack Engineer (Vue/.NET/Azure): Building am:pm, an agentic AI product for commercial real estate operators, with an accent on end-to-end feature delivery, customer outcomes, and AI-native development. Focus on designing and evaluating LLM-powered features, diagnosing production issues, and shaping the technical direction of a new product.
Location: Napier, New Zealand, or remote from another city in New Zealand; hybrid and remote-friendly work.

What you will do
- Ship customer-facing full-stack features from Vue 3 through .NET 8 services on Azure.
- Use Claude Code and other AI tooling as a core part of the development workflow.
- Work with product, design, and customers to identify and deliver valuable features.
- Diagnose production issues, implement fixes, and harden the product against recurrence.
- Contribute to the technical direction and design and evaluation of AI-powered features.
- Support and develop the skills of other engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience in a SaaS product environment.
- Vue.js 3 with Shadcn UI, Composition API, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
- Solid .NET 8, C#, and SQL Server backend skills.
- Experience shipping on Microsoft Azure; Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines are advantageous within the stated stack.
- Daily use of AI coding tools and informed opinions on how to use them effectively.
- Comfort with ambiguity, change, incomplete information, small teams, and early-stage product work.
- Strong focus on customer outcomes rather than code alone.
Nice to have
- Experience building LLM-powered features, including prompt design, evaluations, retrieval, or agent workflows.
- Prior start-up or zero-to-one product experience.
