Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; hybrid work is available for people located in the Denver/Boulder area

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day AI product direction and iterate on the product with engineering.
• Work with post-production teams, studios, and creative agencies to identify product improvements.
• Pair with engineers on discovery, scoping, prototyping, and iteration.
• Use AI tools to prototype concepts and test them with customers before production development.
• Translate customer problems into clear, prioritized problem statements and partner with sales, marketing, and support on launches and feedback.
• Define and track product metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience shipping products that people depend on every day, ideally in media and entertainment, creative tools, or technical infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered features or applications, with a strong understanding of the current capabilities and limitations of LLMs and media models.
• Daily use of AI tools as a core part of product work.
• Pragmatic product approach based on small bets, fast feedback, and stopping work that is not effective.
• Strong written communication skills, including clear specifications, briefs, and customer notes.
• Experience working closely with XP or lean engineering teams.
• Experience speaking with hundreds of customers and translating their feedback into product needs.
• Interest in shaping the company, culture, and product.
