What you will do

  • Develop and implement product test strategies, test programs, hardware solutions, characterization plans, qualification activities, and production test methods.
  • Support complex electronic assembly validation, verification, production scaling, yield improvement, reliability, and lifecycle performance.
  • Investigate product and test issues through data-driven root-cause analysis and improve yield, quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Use LabVIEW, Python, and Django to design, debug, and troubleshoot systems and hardware-level test protocols.
  • Partner with design, manufacturing, quality, automated testing, reliability, failure analysis, and project teams to achieve product readiness and release objectives.
  • Review technical deliverables, qualify test equipment, provide technical mentorship, and act as Level 2 support for Test Technicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 5–7.5 years of relevant experience in electronics and test engineering, automated test equipment, test hardware or programs, production test, statistical analysis, or similar work; equivalent advanced technical background in frequency and timing systems may substitute for academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical and engineering judgment, structured debugging, root-cause analysis, statistical and data analysis skills, and clear communication of complex technical information.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with complex electronics products involving test, validation, yield, reliability, manufacturing integration, and customer data.
  • Employment stability, reliability, sustained accountability, teamwork, integrity, and accuracy in representing qualifications, experience, and credentials.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship and eligible to access information and products regulated under EAR and ITAR.
  • Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual classification under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3).
  • Physical requirements include 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing, with hearing, seeing, talking, and working alone or around others.

Nice to have

  • Experience testing and debugging GPS, PNT, or communication systems, including synchronization, clock distribution, timing accuracy, signal integrity, and system-level performance.
  • Experience troubleshooting analog, digital, and mixed-signal PCBAs to component level.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, yield improvement, guard-banding, correlation, reliability, failure analysis, scripting, automation, or manufacturing data systems.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction, production ramp, release, sustaining engineering, cost reduction, or customer-quality investigations.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employment with wellness, medical, prescription, dental, and vision benefits effective on the first day.
  • Quarterly employee cash bonus plan, restricted stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, and competitive annual base salary.
  • 401(k), spending accounts, life insurance, long-term care, legal benefits, employee assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Vacation pay, sick pay, and 10 paid holidays.
  • Work is performed during usual business hours with 0–25% travel.
