Senior Engineering Manager, Corporate Security (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly, typically three days per week.

Starting base salary: $212,000–$265,000 per year; equity is also part of total compensation.

What you will do

• Lead Corporate Security and build agentic systems securing the workforce, identities, endpoints, SaaS applications, and enterprise technology.
• Deliver workforce IAM with single sign-on, phishing-resistant authentication, and automated joiner, mover, and leaver access lifecycle management.
• Build endpoint and SaaS security programs that harden and monitor devices and business applications.
• Automate discovery and remediation of misconfigurations and excess access while generating audit evidence.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, business owners, and Detection and Response to onboard SaaS tools securely and turn identity and endpoint telemetry into detections and automated containment.
• Hire and develop security engineers and technical leads, communicate risk tradeoffs, and drive measurable security and business impact.

Requirements

• Proven software engineering depth, including building, operating, and leading production services at scale.
• Experience leading and growing security or engineering teams that use AI for leverage.
• Corporate security ownership covering identity, endpoint, and SaaS security in organizations with 1,000+ users.
• Security automation experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and CrewAI, and with Python and Golang.
• Strong knowledge of identity platforms and protocols including Okta, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Hands-on experience delivering production or open-source software through agentic development.
• Experience building on cloud-native infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to communicate technical work in business terms and align leaders without relying on formal authority.
• Experience delivering security capabilities that measurably accelerate employee and developer workflows.
